What are your business hours?

Our customer service department is available Monday-Friday. 8:30am-5:00pm EST (excluding major holidays).

What are your Terms & Conditions?

Unger works directly with qualified distributors and established industry buying groups. To qualify as an approved distributor, your company shall already be established with other manufacturers for resale, have warehouse/inventory capacity, and be exempt from paying sales tax. Distributor status subject to Region Manager approval and periodic review. Overdue accounts are subject to a finance fee of 1½% per month on open balances. All prices are F.O.B. Bridgeport, CT and are subject to change without notice. Invoice terms are net 30 days from shipping date. Visa/MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted and are debited the day of order. Payment in US funds only.

What are your shipping charges?

UPS Orders over $900 or LTL Truck orders* over $1,200 are shipped freight free within the 48 contiguous states. Non qualifying orders will incur freight charges prepaid to invoice.

*Selected Poles ship by truck only – EZ500, EZ600, ED750, ED900. Minimum of 10 poles required. Use any combination of sizes to reach minimum.

Do you ship internationally?

All international orders are shipped duties and taxes UNPAID and the customer is responsible for such fees upon delivery of items. Canadian Shipments: Freight Free-Order minimum is $1,000 for standard UPS shipments, LTL shipments $1,500.

Is there a broken case policy?

All products are available in less than one case quantity with the exception of prepackaged items such as: MicroWipes, Replacement Rubber/Blades, Duster Sleeves, and Poles. A 20% broken case surcharge per item will automatically apply.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order of $350. Orders that do not meet the minimum will incur an additional charge.

Can I have products drop-shipped?

Provided the minimum order is achieved, Unger will drop ship orders directly to end users.  The distributor will pay Unger a $25 fee per drop ship location plus shipping costs.

Do you have a return policy?

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required for returning merchandise. The goods must be in new, saleable condition, in original Unger packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further information.

Do you have a product guarantee?

We design and build our tools to be tougher than the dirt they clean. We stand behind everything we make, 100%. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with an Unger tool, please return it to us within two years of purchase and we’ll make it right.
